Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Inbovio, a shared team inbox operated by TSH (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Inbovio you agree to them. If you use Inbovio for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
The service
Inbovio connects mailboxes you already own, shows their mail in one place for your team, and lets your team triage, reply and receive alerts. We work hard to keep sync running around the clock, but mail and alerts depend on your email providers and the internet, so we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details and two-factor codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite.
- Give accurate information, and connect only mailboxes you own or are authorised to manage. Tell the people whose mail passes through Inbovio that your team can read it.
- Account owners decide who on their team sees which mailboxes.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Inbovio to send spam, phishing or unlawful content, to break the rules of your email providers, or to attack, probe or overload the service.
- Do not try to access another customer’s data.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.
Your data
Your mail and your team’s content remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect a Google account, our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, trials and limits are shown when you sign up. Payments are handled by Stripe. If a payment lapses we give a grace period and then switch the account to read-only before suspending it. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
Ending your use
You can disconnect mailboxes or close your account at any time. When a mailbox is disconnected we delete the data we stored for it. Nothing in your own mailbox is changed or deleted by disconnecting.
Limits of our responsibility
Inbovio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of business or mail caused by outages of providers we depend on. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we will tell account owners about important changes in advance. Questions: thesofthub.ca@gmail.com.
